Rozena Ali is the Practice Manager for Fortune Law and has extensive experience in business management together with the development and maintenance of legal practice materials, standards and tools. Her responsibilities include training and mentoring on the firm’s practices, protocols and procedure together with financial management, HR, productivity and compliance matters.
Prior to her commencing her career with Fortune Law she has worked in a global law firm and her extensive practice management experience ranges from mid-sized boutique law firms to working in the 2nd largest corporate immigration law firm in the US, managing the London operations which included the EMEA region. She is an expert in her field and her skills towards setting Best Practice Standards have been taken to other regions, such as Singapore and working with other regulatory authorities like the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) when setting up a new office in Dubai.
Rozena also has extensive experience in compliance management, client service and Human Resources.
She has successfully held a career in the legal management field for the past 8 years. Prior to joining the legal industry. Rozena started her early career in the financial sector working at the London Stock Exchange and progressing further at Dow Jones in the News department reporting on companies listed on the stock market.
