Alexander Bradford

Alexander is a Paralegal with the firm assisting primarily with contentious work. He also specialises in company restorations.

Having come from a background with no connections to law, he first won a place at a grammar school, then achieved outstanding grades at both GCSE and A Level, before attending Queen Mary University of London to study his LLB (Hons.) in English & European Law. He spent an extra year studying abroad at the University of Leuven, Belgium, where he completed an LLM-equivalent in European Union and international law.

Outside academia, Alexander has undertaken four mini pupillages, participated in a mock trial in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), undertaken pro bono work for a Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) case, reached the final of his university’s Plea in Mitigation Competition and marshalled HHJ Freeland QC in the County Court at Central London. He has been heavily involved with the activities of several law societies, including the University of Leuven law society on his year abroad.

Alexander has a strong interest in the theory and practice of poker. He founded the Queen Mary Poker Society and was its president for two academic years. He continues to enjoy researching, discussing and playing the game. His other interests include sports (tennis, rugby and football), other games, and he plays the piano. He has written several articles and extended guides for video games, which have been published on Game FAQs and received over 150,000 visitors.
